We offer a garden waste collection service, where you can have your cut grass, plant and hedge trimmings collected fortnightly.
Use this form to sign up, update or cancel a garden waste collection.
By signing up for this service you will have a choice between wheelie bins or reusable sacks. You may also be offered biodegradable sacks if you need them. You simply place your garden waste at the front edge of your property by 7am, fortnightly, on your normal collection day.

Do not use this form to report a missed collection.
Before you start please make sure you have read the full service information including the costs for the garden waste recycling service on the Ealing Council website and the terms and conditions.
To continue receiving this service you will need to sign up each year, as there is no automatic renewal. You will receive a reminder email so please make sure your contact details are kept up to date.
You will need
- Credit or debit card (if signing up or ordering more containers)
- Garden waste case number (if making a change or cancelling). You can find this in ‘My Transactions’.
What happens next
If you’re signing up to the service, once your payment has been received you will receive a confirmation and further details about the service.
If you already have a garden waste bin or reusable sacks, and do not need delivery of a new container, you will be able to tell us during the sign-up process. Collections will start at the earliest scheduled date after delivery.
When you cancel, you will get an email to confirm this. Please leave your garden waste bin or sacks at the front of the property for collection as these items remain the property of Ealing Council.
We may contact you to ask for proof that you qualify for the discounted rate.
