Use this form if you have lost your parking ticket, also called Penalty Charge Notice (PCN), and need the PCN number to pay or challenge it.
Before you start
Do not use this form if you already have your PCN number.
You will need
- Vehicle registration number, make, colour and model
- Reason for the PCN.
What happens next
If found, you will be able to view your PCN number within three working days. Please check My Transactions for updates.
We will contact you if we cannot find the PCN number and need more information.
